Born Porsha Sharelle and now known as Weusi Nzuri ya Hekima, I am the Founder and CEO of The Divine Learning Collective Foundation (DLC)—a wellness-based learning movement created to cultivate a refined path toward holistic transformation through education, wellness, intentional living, and personal empowerment.

At the heart of DLC is the belief that true transformation begins within. While outward beauty is worthy of celebration, lasting radiance is cultivated through self-awareness, healing, knowledge, nourishment, and intentional choices. Through educational programs, wellness guidance, financial empowerment, sacred beauty practices, and thoughtfully created resources, we encourage women, young ladies, children, and families to grow in confidence, purpose, wellness, and prosperity.

My intention is to create experiences that support the Divine Feminine in evolving throughout every area of life. This philosophy comes to life through programs such as the Divine Feminine Circle and Divine Feminine Youth Circle—interactive 6–8 week experiences designed to guide women and young ladies through self-discovery, healing, personal development, accountability, financial awareness, and sisterhood.

Because transformation should be accessible beyond the classroom, DLC also creates educational resources and digital experiences designed to meet people where they are. From natural hair education and professional styling tutorials to wellness resources, personal development tools, children's literature, and intentional living guides, our creations are designed to help individuals confidently care for themselves, their families, and their natural crowns.
